John Walz

John Walz brings decades of experience and deep market knowledge to his real estate practice in Puerto Peñasco. He began his real estate career in 1999 in Lacey, Washington with John L. Scott Real Estate, where he built a strong foundation in client service and residential sales. After several successful years, John returned to Arizona, continuing his career with Long Realty in Green Valley.

In 2008, John made the move to Rocky Point, where he has been actively involved in real estate ever since. With years of experience on both sides of the border, he offers clients valuable insight into the local market, investment opportunities, and the lifestyle that makes Puerto Peñasco such a special place to live and invest.

John is supported by his wife and assistant, Violeta Osorio, who plays an integral role in ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service for their clients. Together, they are committed to providing a professional, responsive, and personalized real estate experience.
