As the sellers, we appreciated their quick response to all of the questions, and challenges that arise in the sale of any property. We thank you too for all of your attention to the details.

Chuck, Jenna and Remax helped us more than you can imagine getting our Las Conchas casa sold! Talk about above and beyond, they did it. Chuck went way out of his way to get our place able and ready to sell. Without his specific help, I would not be writing this success story for selling our casa! Jenna helped us with local needs and contract specifics, as well as figuring out a listing price. She was always there with a “yes I can do that” which is immensely helpful when you are far away and trying to get things done!

Covid is hard on all of us, and buying a property is never a simple task, but buying a property during Covid, when that property is in a different country, well, that.. you need a special agent for that. Chuck held our hand from start to finish. He made the process simple and transparent, brought in all the right people (at the right prices) to close on the property, and stayed in contact throughout the transaction.

As a reminder, In June 2020, Mexico was closed off, so we could not visit the property, or be there for the inspection. We could not review the handyman’s fixes or look at the bank deeds, all had to be done and managed by Chuck. He went above and beyond, simply above and beyond!
