We are Paul and Myra DeRoo husband and wife for over 38 years. Our love of Rocky point started when we purchased our first property in 2001 on Sandy Beach at The Princesa de Penasco Resort was Rocky Points first Condominium Regime allowing Americans to own and manage their own community in Sonora Mexico. Today we call this little seaside town home with roots in the community, a growing business, and investment properties. Our long tenure as owners/investors has given us valuable insight on real estate in Mexico, government regulation as it pertains to investment/personal property, and how tax laws affect real estate purchases and sales. Building close relationships with local businesses and people has helped us in assisting clients with immigration, rental management, legal assistance, cleaning services, remodeling, and anything that an owner may need.
