Milton Felix

I was born in Puerto Penasco and have a degree in commerce and international business. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2007, with extensive experience in the city’s real estate sector. I was fortunate to witness the start of economic development in 2000 and served as the head of the city’s Planning and Economic Development Directorate from 2000 to 2009. In 2009, I became the president of the AMPI Puerto Penasco section. Following that, I worked for over six years in the federal tourism sector at the helm of FONATUR. I am a member of NAR and currently serve as the Treasurer of the local National Chamber of Commerce, Services, and Tourism. I have comprehensive experience in the regional and local real estate market. One of my professional goals is to help my city grow in an orderly and harmonious manner, promoting economic development through real estate, and building trust among clients and friends to continue investing in this wonderful tourist destination where the Desert meets the Sea of Cortez.
