Debbie & Kip fell in love with Puerto Peñasco over 20 years ago and have since experienced both condo and beachfront living, sharing the lifestyle with their rescue pups and enjoying many visits from their adult children and grandchildren. Nearly six years ago, they sold their high-end catering business in Scottsdale and have been happily living full-time in Rocky Point ever since.

After working with RE/MAX on their own real estate investments and experiencing firsthand the brand’s commitment to service and integrity, it naturally became their brokerage of choice as Realtors. Whether clients are seeking an income-producing investment, vacation home, or full-time residence, Debbie & Kip believe Puerto Peñasco truly offers something for everyone. They deeply love the community and value the opportunity to share it with others through their real estate services.

Debbie is proud to share that in late 2023, she furthered her education in Mexico real estate by earning her Broker’s License, strengthening their ability to guide clients with confidence and expertise. In April 2024, Debbie & Kip acquired RE/MAX Legacy Rocky Point and have been honored to continue working with the Legacy brand alongside an exceptional team of brokers, agents, and support staff.

Building on that momentum, in 2025 Debbie & Kip led the acquisition and merger with Rocky Point Premier Group and proudly welcomed Team BRAVO to the Legacy family—establishing RE/MAX Legacy Rocky Point as the largest brokerage in Puerto Peñasco, with the sales and marketing power to match.
