Chuck Urrea

I grew up on a farm in a very small Arizona town called Wenden. My parents worked my siblings and me hard, but also instilled in us a strong work ethic and sense of integrity. I later graduated from ASU with a degree in Business and Finance, landing me in the banking industry. There I supervised million dollar bank loans for commercial real estate and agricultural businesses. Craving greater freedom however, I switched to a career as an outside sales rep. Customer Service was, and always will be, my passion and my focus. As Zig Ziglar said, “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” Words to live by! My wife and I began investing in Rocky Point real estate in 2015 and became hopelessly hooked. So in 2019, we earned our Sonoran real estate licenses and moved to Puerto Peñasco fulltime. We have never regretted this leap of faith and are thrilled to be helping our clients achieve their own Rocky Point real estate goals.
