Encántame Soleil, or “Encántame 2″, consists of three 25-story towers that will together house 384 luxury condos. BANDITOS, BBQ and Roger Clyne!

Banditos will be serving up some heaven on a paper plate on Oct. 14  at the inaugural Banditos BBQ Challenge! Ten teams from México and the United States will smoke their way to your hearts with pulled pork, wings, burnt ends, brisket, ribs and who knows what else?!  Also, Roger Clyne will be performing on stage along with Combo Deluxe and The Purple Onions!

In addition to the music, each ticket holder will get to choose 3 small sample plates of BBQ. Additional plates will also be available at a nominal cost. Cold drinks of all sorts will be for sale.
The event is family friendly and kids under 15 will be admitted free with paid adult. However, only paid admissions will receive the 3 sample plates. Proceeds will benefit Puerto Peñasco-based Educarte which enriches the lives and families of those with special needs.

SALES VOLUME: Real estate sales for 2023 are half of what they were in 2022. This is likely due to economic concerns in the U.S. and high interest rates. Many Rocky Point buyers obtain their purchasing funds by taking out home equity loans in the U.S. and with average interest rates in the 8% range, people are waiting.


HOME INVENTORY: Home inventory is back to a ‘normal’ level for Rocky Point, after it fell substantially during the explosive 2020/2021 market.


HOME PRICES: Home prices are beginning to soften as demand for resale homes is currently low. This is good for buyers!
